1.One wheel to adjust all stations for bag size

High speed packing machine MR8-200R can adjust 8 working station bag size by one wheel handle.It just need takes 8-15 munites and easy to do.The general model need adjust the station bag size one by one by hand and it need takes 15-25munites.MR8-200R can adjust 8 working station by one handle wheel.

2.Adopt import protractor

The protractor of MR8-200R adopt Taiwan Brand so that the accuracy of it is better than general model relatively speaking.

3.Small plate with base plate technology

The base plate of MR8-200R use whole plate plus small plate system. Because the base plate is formed once by cast iron,the plate can not be so flat.We add small plate which mill really flat onto the base plate.The devices install onto the small plate to avoid the shrinking,noise and become more stable.

4.Special drive system

About the transmission,the MR8-200R match just one shaft in the whole machine and concave and convex cam.Thus,the machine drive smoothly with low noise,stable and also prolong service life.
